Do you know who Jim Rohn is? He’s a famous business man and entrepenuer, basically, he has a famous quote that’s “You don’t spend a small effort for a big result and you don’t spend a big effort for a small result” Now, most realtors just want a few extra listings per month, that’s an extra 40-50,000$ in gci per month, now that’s no small number…you can’t throw a few hundred bucks t your problem and expect to make 50,000$. If you do find out how, please tell me because you just figured out how to print money, we can be very rich. Most Marketing agencies charge around 20% of the results they bring you, 20% of 50,000 is around 10,000, now i’m not gonna charge you 10,000$ that’s a little much but what we can do is hop on a call and we can put together something custom depending on your goals.

Will the listing attraction system work for me? I’ve seen a lot of the client success interviews and the system seems to clearly be working for most agents and brokers across the nation, but how do I know whether my experience will be similar and it will work for me ?

That’s a question we get very often. Now there are 2 major things that determine if our listing attraction system will work for you or not. The first one is, organization. This will be your ability to keep your listing opportunities organized, so that no homeowner gets left behind. The second one is “You're Listing Appointment Process”. This is simply the way you conduct the listing appointment from start to finish. The fastest path we’ve seen our clients take to begin signing listings quickly, is to figure out the real core reason as the why the homeowner needs to list and sell the home and getting their listing agreements signed as a part of the solution to solve the problem that the life event has created for them.

So if you’re an absolute go-getter and you’re willing to put in the work it takes to sign new listings and grow your inventory predictably, then we have absolute conviction that this system will work for you.

So John, right after the onboarding process which i believe you mentioned takes 3-5 days, how long will it take before I start seeing results and speaking with potential motivated sellers ?

Now most agencies or companies that utilize the traditional methods of marketing typically have to wait 3 to 6 months to even begin seeing any signs of life from their campaigns, and probably even longer to see a return from what they invested to run it. However due to the unorthodox nature of the Listing Attraction System our clients utilize, It takes our team about 5 - 7 business days to build it, since it’s custom. Then from their Motivated Listing Opportunities begin to hit your calendar within the first 24 - 72 hours of Launch.

What is required of me? So (Name) I’d be foolish to believe that my only part of this whole process is to sit down and wait for the sellers to call my phone (Laugh), what would you say is required of me that will allow me to get the most out of this system and maximize from the opportunities i get?

Well obviously we’re not magicians. So any type of system that you implement in your Real Estate business will require some level of work or management to make it successful.
